John Constable Works of arts

John Constable was a famous oil paintings British artist who helped the progress of art from the old, through Renaissance into the contemporary art movements that we enjoy today. Constable and Turner shaped the renaissance traditional art styles into a more emotional and colourful world which inspired the rise of impressionism and other famous French artists.




John Constable was helped the rise of landscape paintings, which we take for granted today. In Constable's career, symbol paintings and spiritual paintings were most frequent but later art fans loved oil paintings of British areas and this spread to everyone the corners of the globe.
